We are excited to welcome Will Overstreet to GRIDSMART as Director of Product Management.

“Will has been added to the GRIDSMART team to serve a vital role of managing product life cycles at GRIDSMART,” said Bill Malkes, Founder and CEO of GRIDSMART. “He will be responsible for making sure everything we do, from sales calls, to order taking, to product delivery, to R&D, meets our principles of Simple, Flexible, and Transparent.”

Will comes to GRIDSMART with a strong entrepreneurial background focused on technology. In 2007, Will founded Voices Heard Media, a leader in multi-platform user engagement tools. The company’s Engagement Engine technology platform powers a suite of embeddable applications that spark engagement and build communities on clients’ sites and across mobile and social platforms. Clients include Fox Sports, AOL, The Huffington Post, HGTV, Food Network, the Washington Wizards, numerous television stations and more.

Will graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with an undergraduate degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a Master’s degree from the College of Business Administration.
