We don’t focus on being transactional-based (selling a product), but rather in growing trusted customer relationships. The GRIDSMART sales approach is centered on listening to the customer, adapting the discussion to meet customer expectations, addressing customer concerns, and developing partnerships for the future of ITS.
Our Sales Organization is the customer advocate for GRIDSMART. We share the GRIDSMART solution and value proposition with customers through frequent on-site interactions. Like our products, we operate on the functionality and capabilities of three principles: Simple, Flexible, and Transparent. These are the same values we communicate during in-person customer meetings and on-site demonstrations.
When our customers speak, we listen. The GRIDSMART sales team is the “voice of the customer” to engineering, manufacturing, and shipping, ensuring all departments hear intel from the field on real-world needs.
To further support our customers, our top-notch sales team is deployed throughout the United States, Canada, and Singapore. We pair our sales managers with regional Field Application Engineers; each team is purposely located in designated regions to provide a rapid response and local market expertise. This strategy allows us to provide customer service that results in long-lasting, sustainable relationships and partnerships.
